How the Appointment Works
- The title company or lender sends the package to us electronically; we print and prepare it.
- We meet you at home, your office, or a coffee shop at the time of your choice.
- The notary walks through each notarized document, verifies ID, and oversees signatures.
- We notarize each acknowledgment or jurat in real time and log every signature.
- Signed package is shipped or scanned back to the title company per their instructions, usually the same day.
